Our industrial resources
Based on a 3,000 m² site, ARCOM Industrie has production facilities sized for precision machining, bar turning, assembly and additional operations such as laser welding and marking.
Every year, the company invests between 7 and 10% of its revenue to keep its machine fleet high-performing and suited to its markets' requirements.
A multi-technology machine fleet
These resources cover everything from single components to large series, depending on the product configuration.
The production fleet covers a wide dimensional and technological range, allowing machining resources to be matched to the constraints of the parts produced.
- Sliding-headstock CNC lathes: Ø 0.50 to Ø 32 mm
- Multi-spindle lathes: Ø 16 mm maximum
- Twin-spindle CNC lathes: Ø 10 to Ø 65 mm
- CNC chucking lathes (blanks): Ø 250 mm maximum
- 5-axis HSM machining centres: 500 × 500 × 500 mm
- Mitsubishi FA 20S wire EDM machine (X 500 – Y 350 – Z 300)
- Passivation line for stainless steel and titanium
- Laser marking
- Laser micro-welding
- Vacuum washing machine using modified alcohol
Electrical discharge machining (EDM)
Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines conductive materials, including very hard ones, through controlled electrical discharge.
This process is particularly suited to complex geometries, to machining engineering materials such as steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium or tungsten, and to achieving precise surface finishes without mechanical stress on the part. It is a relevant solution when conventional processes reach their limits.
Inspection and metrology equipment
Dimensional validation relies on dedicated in-house equipment:
- Coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
- Profilometer
- Form error measuring instrument (Roundtest)
- Roughness tester and Surftest
- Optical inspection (×30)
- VICI VISION MTL 1 optical measuring machines
- Keyence optical measuring machines
- Leak detection equipment
This equipment ensures the compliance of tolerances, surface finishes and functional characteristics of the parts produced.
Automation and robotics
ARCOM integrates robotic solutions to optimise production rates, secure repetitive operations and guarantee consistent production.
This automation improves productivity while maintaining a high level of quality across production runs.
Digital tools and software
This digital continuity between design, programming and the workshop helps secure technical parameters, limit deviations and guarantee consistency between the drawing requirements and the finished part.
ERP
ARCOM Industrie uses an industrial ERP (TopSolid) to manage technical data, track production orders and coordinate internal flows. Computer-aided design tools (SolidWorks) and computer-aided manufacturing tools (SolidCam) are used to prepare machining programs and optimise production strategies upstream.
CAM
CAM tools, for their part, are used to prepare and optimise machining strategies upstream, ensuring consistency between programs, machines and part constraints.
Monitoring and analysis
ARCOM also uses the ELLISTAT solution to monitor and analyse production data. This tool is used to control processes, identify drift and improve production stability.
A scalable industrial set-up
Regular investment in equipment and skills enables ARCOM Industrie to maintain a level of performance suited to the technical requirements of its markets.
