Laser marking and welding for technical industrial parts

ARCOM Industrie carries out laser marking and laser welding on machined parts to ensure traceability, identification and high-precision assembly.

These processes complement machining and assembly operations, particularly for industrial environments that demand precision, leak-tightness and regulatory compliance.

High-resolution laser marking

Laser marking provides durable identification of machined parts without contact or mechanical alteration. We carry out:

  1. Incremental numbering
  2. Barcodes and Data Matrix
  3. Logo marking
  4. Part reference identification

The resolution achieved allows very small characters to be marked while guaranteeing long-term legibility and durability. Marking is carried out as the last operation, on raw or treated parts.

Welding and
laser micro-welding

Laser welding joins metal parts without filler metal, using an extremely localised heat source.
This process offers many advantages:

  • High precision
  • Minimal distortion
  • High mechanical strength
  • Hermetic welding (leak-tested)
  • Process repeatability

ARCOM Industrie works in particular with materials such as titanium, stainless steel, nickel or tungsten, including complex geometries and tubular micro-welding configurations.

Control of laser operations

The quality of a laser operation depends as much on the process as on part preparation: geometry, cleanliness, fit-up and material compatibility

ARCOM Industrie sets up tooling configurations suited to specific geometries and systematically inspects the operations carried out, particularly for applications requiring leak-tightness or biocompatibility.

Specific applications and constraints

Laser marking and welding meet the requirements of industries where traceability and assembly quality are critical.

These processes are particularly suited to medical environments, vacuum and ultra-high vacuum, electronics, optics or fluidic systems requiring leak-tightness and precision.
